没有 references/ 目录的技能
有两个技能只有 SKILL.md：
- ce-commit — 极简；7 步流程全部内嵌在 SKILL.md 中。
- ce-worktree — 极简；3 步 worktree 设置全部内嵌在 SKILL.md 中。
结构完整性
未发现缺失的 reference 文件 — SKILL.md 中引用的每一个文件在磁盘上都真实存在。concepts-vocabulary.md 在 ce-compound 与 ce-compound-refresh 之间的副本是唯一没有一致性测试的一处。
